Your contact lenses will be shipped from the UK and delivered at your convenience in an ultra slim, environmental and letter box friendly pack. Please find information regarding delivery prices in the table below.

Orders are delivered by La Poste. Please allow 7 - 10 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders with standard delivery which are placed after 5pm CET will be sent on the following business day.
Customers resident in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, New Caledonia, Reunion and Saint-Martin should select their territory in the top left of the homepage, rather than France.
Express orders are handled by Chronopost and normally delivered within 2-3 business days. The following Departments have a minimum delivery of 3 business days: Aude, Aveyron, Corsica, Eastern Pyrenees and Tarn. The service is not available to French overseas departments and territories.
When your order is processed you will receive an email confirming the tracking number. You can track or manage the delivery on the Chronopost website or by using the Chronopost App.
If you are not going to be at home at the time of delivery, you can arrange a new time or place up to the day before delivery, including collection from: a Pickup shop, Depot or neighbour's address.
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday. Express orders placed after 5pm CET will be shipped on the following business day.
