Orders are shipped by Royal Mail and delivered in the US to your door by the USPS.
Please allow 10 - 14 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for your contacts to arrive.
Please note: Orders placed after 4 p.m (UK Time) will be shipped next business day.
Express orders can be tracked and are delivered by DHL in 3-4 business days.
Outside the EU
If you live outside the EU your order will need to clear customs. There may be additional charges for duty and taxes which are not our responsibility and therefore, not included in our pricing.
Please note that our DHL service is not available to South American countries or certain Asian, North African and Caribbean territories. Delivery to these destinations is by standard post only. Details of the services are confirmed during the order process.
The express service is not available to Military Post Office addresses (APO, etc).
Our innovative packaging has been designed to be mailbox friendly, so you can get your contacts delivered, even if you aren't around at the time of delivery.
Your contacts will be shipped from the UK and delivered at your convenience in an ultra slim, environmental and mailbox friendly pack.
