Standard delivery: Royal Mail

Orders are delivered by the Royal Mail postal service. Please allow 3 - 5 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Please note: Orders placed after 4pm will not be shipped until the following business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Express delivery: DPD Predict

Delivery times between 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday (5pm to business addresses). Delivery can also be scheduled for Sunday via the DPD website or App. Orders placed after 4pm Friday will not be shipped until the following business day.

As well as receiving a tracking number once your order has been picked, DPD will send an Email and SMS the day before delivery advising you of their expected 1 hour delivery slot.

Wherever possible, DPD will put your order through your letterbox should there be no one at home and you have NOT selected a 'Safe Place' or alternative delivery location through the DPD website or App.

This is a 2 day service to Northern Ireland, the islands and the following Postcodes:

AB36-38, AB55-56, HS1-9, IM1-4, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH20-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, and ZE1-3.

Due to limited on-island collection services, we recommend that customers on the Isles of Scilly (TR21-25) choose standard Royal Mail delivery, not express with DPD.
